STACCATO quickly becomes a Bend "Hot Spot" in the original Firehall
Emerging from the vision of partners Susan & Ray Pasquetti and JJ Anderson, Staccato at the Firehall is a new fine dining experience opened in November 2005 in the re-developed Bend Firehall, gracing the landscape of the expanding Downtown historic Bend streets.
The restaurant, over a year in the making, inhabits the original 4500 square foot Firehall building, erected in the early 1900's, once housing the engines and firemen that so bravely served the citizens of Bend. Preserving the historic charm of the original brick building, while incorporating Italian decor and a new vibrant ambience, Staccato has created an environment that welcomes the laughter of friends who embrace a true dining experience - never rushed, never dull, always amongst family.
Staccato features traditional menu items from throughout Italy with a modern presentation, in a setting that serves each individual's mood. Whether you seek the intimacy of the Fireside room for a romantic anniversary celebration, the Tuscan room for a group luncheon, a relaxing dinner on the sidewalk patio or an after work cocktail from the bar in the Bay room, Staccato has you covered. With a perfect blend of exceptional cuisine, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a variety of settings to create the ideal mood, Staccato is truly a unique dining experience.
