Staccato is one of the few restaurants in Bend to employ a full-time pastry chef who is committed to providing decandent and vibrant sweet treats to the mouths of every Staccato diner. Below is a sampling of our current fresh-made desserts:

Creme Brulee
Torched to perfection

Chef's Special Cheescake
Currently zesty lemon, ideal for a warm summer evening 

Tiramisu
An Italian tradition

Chocolate Bar
Rich Gianduja, hazelnut praline and crispy feuilletine with a dark chocolate mousse.  Served with house-made pastachio ice cream

Profiteroles
Cream puff pastry filled with homemade vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with hot fudge

Croissant Bread Pudding
Baked in a custard, served warm with rum-spiked devonshire cream

Cannoli's
Crispy shell dipped in fine chocolate and pistachios, filled with marscapone, ricotta, candied orange zest and chocolate chips, served with fresh fruit and strawberry sauce

Large desserts can be pre-ordered for groups or special occasions.
