Staccato is one of the few restaurants in Bend to employ a full-time pastry chef who is committed to providing decandent and vibrant sweet treats to the mouths of every Staccato diner. Below is a sampling of our current fresh-made desserts:
Creme Brulee Torched to perfection
Chef's Special Cheescake Currently zesty lemon, ideal for a warm summer evening
Tiramisu An Italian tradition
Chocolate Bar Rich Gianduja, hazelnut praline and crispy feuilletine with a dark chocolate mousse. Served with house-made pastachio ice cream
Profiteroles Cream puff pastry filled with homemade vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with hot fudge
Croissant Bread Pudding Baked in a custard, served warm with rum-spiked devonshire cream
Cannoli's Crispy shell dipped in fine chocolate and pistachios, filled with marscapone, ricotta, candied orange zest and chocolate chips, served with fresh fruit and strawberry sauce
