Rich Gianduja, hazelnut praline and crispy feuilletine with a dark chocolate mousse. Served with house-made pistachio ice cream and caramel brandy sauce

Cream puff pastry filled with homemade vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with hot fudge
Croissant Bread Pudding
Baked in a custard, served warm with rum-spiked Devonshire cream
Cannoli's
Crispy shell dipped in fine chocolate and pistachios, filled with marscapone, ricotta, candied orange zest and chocolate chips, served with fresh fruit and strawberry sauce
Lemon Tart
Meyer lemon curd layered with cream cheese in an almond crust with blood orange sauce topped with Meyer lemon and and marscapone whipped cream
Banana Split
Served with ultimate chocolate, vanilla malt and strawberry balsamic ice cream topped with Amarula anglaise, fudge and strawberry sauce, topped with toasted almonds and pistachios
